How to change drive or directory using cmd

For windows 7 and windows 8 users
> 1.Click on start and type cmd and hit enter
> 2.Type the destination  drive. Example if you want to go in E drive just type "E: "and hit inter

  
> 3.Now if you want to go in folder type "cd folder name". As shown below
